Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage caused by improper use. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made items, personalized products, and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped by us. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
