Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via YunExpress special line. We offer free shipping, and all customs duties and related fees are fully borne by our store. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation, and tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

The estimated delivery time for mainstream countries is 6 to 10 working days.
Delivery to remote areas takes 15 to 25 working days.

All delivery times are for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, weather changes, holidays and local logistics situations.

We do not support delivery to PO box addresses. Please fill in accurate receiving information, and we shall not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.

Please contact our customer service promptly if your package is lost or damaged during transit, and we will handle it properly for you.
